Express Lane delivered accelerated growth for Nike Inc as one of the company’s top 3 Direct to Consumer Initiatives.  The impact of Express Lane at Nike Inc has been significant, leading to accelerated double digit growth across Nike’s key cities. By Q2 FY18, 18 months after launching the new innovative division, Express Lane represented a double digit figure of Nike’s total business. Stef’s innovative thought leadership continued as she created a new roadmap for Rag & Bone as CEO and Board Member in 2018-2019. Stef’s remarkable journey starting with amazing experiences at Nike through leading teams across a diverse set of functions and geographies. Stef’s experiences span across positions in Product Creation, Sales, Strategy, Merchandising and General Managment and across North America, Emerging Markets, China, and Europe. Her futuristic leadership style has accelerated categories like Nike Training as General Manager ($3.1B+ Category Revenue), Global Football ($1.8B+ Category Revenue) as Product Creation leader in Footwear, Running as Head of Strategy ($4.4B+ Category Revenue) and in Nike Skateboarding as General Manager.
