VIS™
VIS™ also known as Voice in Sport™ is a new platform that supports the journey of female athletes. The VIS™ community will use the power of the collective voice, to change more than just the game. Stef is on a mission to bring more visibility to the inequalities females face in sport and champion their voice to drive change.

By sharing her journey as a female Vice President at Nike, CEO and Board Member of Rag & Bone and now as a Founder/Entreprenuer, Stef is inspiring women to believe they must have a seat at the table. She is inspiring women to ask for what they want, set big goals and believe in their potential.

Voice in Sport Foundation™ is a public non-profit organization (501c3) which is dedicated to funding Sports Science & Research on the Female Athlete Body. Focusing on the challenges that girls face in sport in middle/high school. These 2 areas are often overlooked and underfunded.
This is for all of us.
WHY
Stef has been advocating for sport, women and equality since she was a little girl. She used her voice in 4th grade to advocate for gender representation in an all male math class. In 7th grade she got in front of the Anchorage School District to fight to keep sports in public schools. In High School Stef saw the need for conversation to solve violence at her Public School and created the Prejudice Reduction Committee which resulted in a diverse set of voices around the table with the Principal. Stef was asked to represent the State of Alaska in the Presidential Election Committee Program in 1999 which sparked her journey as an Advocate. While she was pushing for change off the field, she was passionately pursuing competitive sports, winning Jr Olympics in Downhill Ski Racing at age 16 and earning a spot on a Division 1 soccer team. After 15 years of working in the Sports Industry and continuing to see the inequalities women face both on and off the field she believes now is the moment to accelerate change. VIS™ and Voice in Sport Foundation™ will become a powerful platform that creates a path to leadership and equality through sport. As Founder and CEO she can host a powerful conversation for women and make an outsized impact on the systems beyond sport.
